Since the early beginnings in 1999, when my first project in Beirut was a mere pursuit of hobby from abroad, I have never imagined that someday my hobby will turn into a fulltime passionate job. After considerable real estate exposure in France, Germany, Switzerland and Saudi Arabia, it wasn’t hard for me to value the need for affordable prime living in Lebanon. That need coupled with my real estate passion have led to the establishment of Keystone.

At Keystone we distinguish ourselves by being customer focused, value driven and governed by a set of principles called PRIME. During the past decade Keystone has proudly delivered many distinguished developments and projects and will continue to do so for the coming decade and many years to come.

Keystone Group Holding was formally established in 2006 by Farid Al-Azem. Since 1999 and under a different brand (MCTC), the company has invested in more than 16 deals in real estate with a total value exceeding USD 200 million. Keystone's investments have generated superior returns and are mainly focused on prime locations.

Keystone Group Holding overlooks the development of its projects through its subsidiary Keystone Properties. The company is also affiliated with a diverse portfolio of companies including Technolight, Techno, Technobuild, Acsys, Creative Data Systems, Saudi Marketing Solutions and Saudi Lebanese Ceramic Industries Co.
